We started by mapping out the user journey for policyholders and claimants in Southeast Asia. Our team crafted a modern, trustworthy visual identity and designed a clean mobile interface for easy onboarding, policy overview, and smart claim submission. With intuitive micro-interactions and step-by-step flows, we helped users feel confident managing their insurance through the app. All designs were prototyped, tested, and developed with scalability in mind.

One of the main challenges was transforming the traditionally complex and intimidating insurance process into something intuitive and user-friendly. We tackled this by using plain language, simplified flows, and visual cues that guide users step-by-step — making policy management and claim filing approachable even for first-time users.
