In 2023, we partnered with Jakarta Mental Care Center to design an internal dashboard to monitor patient progress, therapist schedules, and session analytics in a user-friendly, responsive web interface.

Our team conducted stakeholder workshops to understand key metrics needed by therapists. We created a clean dashboard layout emphasizing clarity and ease of use, integrating custom 2D icons for quick data interpretation. We built the interface in React for interactivity and performance, iterating prototypes until adoption by users was seamless.

March–April: user interviews & wireframes; May–June: high-fidelity design, illustration, and prototyping; July: development handoff and QA Testing before finally launching the dashboard.

Balancing Data Detail and Visual Simplicity
We had to display multi-layered data (session history, moods, notes) without overwhelming clinicians. The solution was an intuitive layout with collapsible panels, contextual 2D icons, and color-coded summaries that highlight key patient trends at a glance.

Insightful Care Through Design
WellNest has been widely adopted by the clinic, streamlining therapist workflows and providing improved visibility into patient care metrics. The clean and responsive interface supported data-driven treatment planning and better patient outcomes.
